Restaurant: Impossible

On July 25, 2011 through July 27, 2011, the famed Food Network television reality show, RESTAURANT: IMPOSSIBLE came to our restaurant to make us over!  We did not know what to expect from the crew or the feisty Englishman, Chef Robert Irvine.  Chef Irvine proved to be a treat.  He was hard to please, but he knew his business.  It was a tough pill to swallow to admit that we did not have all the answers.  All in all, the show was great.  It airs on October 26 on the Food Network at 10PM.  We are not at liberty to post photos or speak liberally about the show, so you will have to stay tuned.  :)
